Role overview
In this function, you are part of a dynamic team of product planners, which plays the central role that our customers can be supplied with our attractive goods at any time and completely. This extremely interactive, dynamic but also analytical administrative function includes the following main tasks:
Mansioni - Responsibility for product availability (over 4500 available product units/commercial goods) for all locations and depots throughout Switzerland with intensive contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders - Guide the inventory and check the expiry period or Ensuring the saleability of products - Avoiding obsolets taking into account the FEFO principle and, where appropriate, introducing measures to prevent them - Creating demand forecasts taking into account seasonality and promotions in close cooperation with sales, customer service, portfolio management, event team and external suppliers - Continuous improvement of the forecast by analysis of corresponding data - Measurement and reporting of key figures
Requirements - 2-3 years of professional experience in product planning (preferably in FMCG) - Basic understanding of E2E supply chain solutions - Good knowledge of planning tools (SAP) and the ability to manage complex data - Networking, decision-making and resilience - Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, any other language as well as English
