- You have a legal university degree, ideally with a lawyer's patent or another supplementary qualification.
- Thanks to your sound professional experience you have very good knowledge of public law and are able to work in new legal areas in a short time and also solve difficult legal issues.

- As a member of the Recourse Department, you support the Head of Recourse Department in technical, organizational and personnel terms and take over the representation in their absence.
- Together with the team, you will work on recourses against orders in the responsibility of the Education Directorate. These mainly cover the following areas:
- entrance examinations and school career decisions in the middle school and vocational training field
- personnel law of cantonal teachers of the elementary schools as well as of vocational and secondary schools
- training contributions, state contributions and measures under the Kinder- und Jugendheimgesetz
- You work independently, with a limited degree of care, you have good organizational capacity and an interest in the digitization of administrative procedures.
