- Improve current and develop new processes and solutions and lead their roll-out across country organizations
- Support in drafting presentations and data visualizations for country / area / region top-management leveraging insights identified through data analysis / workshops / other researches

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar
- Min. 3-4 years of experience with strategic projects and data analysis at a top consulting company
- Proven experience with analysis, process & concept design as well as implementation phases of the project in a workstream lead position
- Strong ability to connect the dots and create compelling stories suitable for the top management team
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability of translating data insights into actionable plans
- High autonomy combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude
- Positive and energetic spirit that brings innovative ideas that engage people around you

- In this role you will design and deliver solutions that drive growth and efficiency, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyze data, and support both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
