Working with your Store Manager: working together on staff plans, sales strategies and initiatives to make your colleagues and customers even happier.

Working with your Store Manager: working together on staff plans, sales strategies and initiatives to make your colleagues and customers even happier.
Be the product expert: manage complex customer issues, demonstrate products as a pro, and embody our Feel Good Experience.
Manage the operational aspect: deal with the planning, inventory, cash management and all the essential administrative tasks that ensure the operation of the shop.
Develop your team and make the goals motivating: you are good at coaching, you know exactly what to say to help people progress, and you turn the sale into a game that everyone wants to participate in.
Be an ambassador of the brand: you have a professional and neat presentation, and you pay attention to every detail that counts for a luxury shop.
Have at least 3 years experience in sales or customer service.
Don't imagine sitting behind a desk all day.
You truly love retail – effervescence, variety, problem solving.
Be oriented results, always looking for your next victory, and naturally turn conversations into purchases.
