• Responsibility for smooth operation and facility services, technical facilities and safety, as well as quality and fault management
• Inspections and functional checks of technical and safety-relevant installations as well as operational safety (including documentation in the CAFM)
• Support for construction projects as well as planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance and retirement contracts
• Organisation and implementation of infrastructure adjustments, reinforcements and smaller operational projects
• Specification, control and assurance of compliance with HVAC and security services of our service providers
• Organisation and conduct of training

Requirements

• 2-4 years: in the area of Facility Services, Security or HVAC
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): heating, ventilation, climate, sanitary, electrical (HLKSE)
• Sound knowledge of HVACs and/or safety
• High technical understanding
• Good PC user knowledge (e.g. MS Office, CAFM systems, building control systems)
• Networked thinking
• in German (negotiation certain)
• Italian (negotiable)

Recruitment process

• Delayed video interview: For a large number of suitable applications, a delayed video interview can optionally be conducted. As part of this video interview, the answers to previously recorded questions are recorded with the web or mobile camera. • Talks with HR & department: The interview is conducted virtually or on site with the responsible person from HR and/or the specialist department. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Getting to know the team: Whether someone fits into the team is an important factor for employees and employers when deciding for or against employment. In a casual framework, we therefore give the opportunity for everyone to get to know each other.
• Test work: A trial day or half day gives the opportunity to get to know the future working environment and the team members better. And vice versa, it gives us a chance to assess how well someone fits into the team. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Offer & Contract Exhibition: After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent by post. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
