- You can independently process simple and complex mutations and ensure their correct and timely processing.
- In addition, you process applications from existing and new insured persons and carry out simpler risk checks if necessary.
- You process incoming dismissals efficiently.
- Correspondence with service providers, insured persons and employees in our agencies and offices is also part of your daily tasks.
- Our insured and employees in our agencies and offices advise you patiently and with a high level of service orientation.
You bring that with you
- You have successfully completed basic vocational training as a businessman or businesswoman EFZ or in the medical sector (e.g. MPA, specialist pharmacy EFZ).
- A good communication in Italian and/or French is your big plus.
- An exact and forward working method, a respectful approach and a high load capacity, especially during seasonal peaks, distinguish you.
- We presuppose a high level of service orientation and a routine handling of different software programs.
- Can you bring professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in risk assessment? All the better!
