Main responsibilities
- They actively shape the digital transformation of our HR system landscape and play a key role in the introduction and further development of SAP SuccessFactors
- Together with the HR areas You ensure the stable operation of our HR system landscape and are responsible for support, releases, tests, tool developments and the HR interface architecture
- They analyze professional requirements, develop digital solutions and coordinate their implementation together with HR, IT and external partners
- You lead sub-projects and drive forward the digitalization and automation of HR processes in a sustainable manner Requirements

Application process
- You have completed your studies in (economic) computer science or a comparable qualification as well as already gained experience in the field of HR-IT and corporate service applications
- You have several years of experience in the operation and further development of HR systems, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- You have experience in IT, digitalization projects and are familiar with release, change and test management
- You think process- and solution-oriented, have a good technical understanding and can translate HR requirements into sustainable IT solutions
- They convince through an independent working method, pronounced communication ability and pleasure in working with different stakeholders.
