• You take on the professional responsibility for occupational safety and health protection and ensure that guidelines (EKAS and Migros group solution) are effectively implemented in everyday life.
• You advise the company management and executives competently, understandably and solution-oriented.
• You will continue to develop our emergency organisation in the role of project management and ensure that we are well prepared in an emergency.
• You organize security audits, carry them out, carry out risk assessments and conduct targeted measures.
• You identify risks, analyze security indicators and derive concrete measures for greater security from them.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience: in occupational safety and health protection (ideally in a large company)
• Eidg. Professional ID: Specialist for Occupational Safety and Health Protection (ASGS)
• Experience in project management and in dealing with planning instruments
• Expertise in the field of fire protection, for example with an additional training fire protection expert (advantageous)
• Conceptual and analytical thinking, a structured, independent working method and assertiveness
• Ability to interpret key figures and statistical evaluations and derive effective measures from them
• Communicative and resilient personality, which brings a safe appearance and can easily adapt to different conversation partners
• German (very good knowledge)
• French (advantageous)

Recruitment process
