As a central contact person for quality assurance and food safety, you are actively contributing to the optimization of our processes and products.

- You ensure compliance with and further development of the company's quality management system and the HA-Boogo concept
- You carry out operational, hygiene and process controls and monitor the implementation of GHP, GMP and food safety standards
- multi-year professional experience: in quality assurance or in quality management of a food production company
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): food technology, food science, food engineering or comparable education and training in the food sector
Main responsibilities
- You ensure compliance with and further development of the company's quality management system and the HA-Boogo concept
- You carry out operational, hygiene and process controls and monitor the implementation of GHP, GMP and food safety standards
- You analyze quality deviations, initiate corrective measures and accompany their sustainable implementation
- You organize and evaluate quality checks as well as microbiological and chemical investigations and accompany audits and official controls
- You are responsible for topics such as all management of the company's management,
- Declarations, traceability and the release of raw materials, semi- and finished products
- You train employees in the fields of hygiene, quality and food safety and support the departments as a competent contact person
Key requirements
- multi-year professional experience: in quality assurance or in quality management of a food production company
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): food technology, food science, food engineering or comparable education and training in the food sector
- Well-founded knowledge of the HA 152 principles and Swiss food legislation
- Experience in handling quality management systems as well as in hygiene, all gene and declaration management
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods combined with a high quality awareness
