- First- and second-level support for branch systems (MoFip, F&R) and processing of requests
- Participation in the SAP transformation project "Eiger" (S/4HANA) incl. Coordination between units and branches

Main responsibilities
- First- and second-level support for branch systems (MoFip, F&R) and processing of requests
- Participation in the SAP transformation project "Eiger" (S/4HANA) incl. Coordination between units and branches
- Implementation of new systems and training of branch employees
- Analysis and optimization of branch processes as well as identification of potential for improvement
- Interface function between marketing, sales, logistics and branches

- Professional experience: in retail with a good understanding of branch processes and systems
- Completed basic or further training: in the retail trade
- High technical affinity and interest in digital solutions and systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
- Understanding end-to-end branch processes and merchandise management systems
