- Ausgeprägtes Data Mind Set, gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenflair Sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch und / oder Englisch von Vorteil
Company and context
- You will work with the SAP systems SuccessFactors and HCM and will be responsible for data on organizational management, job positions and corporate structure.
- You ensure data quality, answer requests from HR, line and controlling and create evaluations with SAP BW and Visier.
- You also support financial HR processes such as planning or internal accounting.
- In the area of HR Analytics, you are responsible for the ongoing operation of our HR Analytics tool Target and coordinate release updates, tests, system adjustments and technical configurations such as dashboards, roles and permissions.
- You create HR evaluations for day-to-day business from sights, for example on fluctuation, headcount, absences or organizational structures.
- At the same time, you optimize processes and reports together with HR consulting, payroll and personnel administration or other specialist departments, simplify or automate processes and document them in a comprehensible manner.
- You support your colleagues in the efficient use of the tool and actively contribute your expertise to working groups and projects. This is what you bring with you:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with further education with focus Controlling / Business Administration
- Experience in day-to-day HR business with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (SF) and safe handling of Excel for evaluations and data preparation
- Interest and willingness to use and understand an HR analytics tool (visit) in everyday life (previous knowledge not mandatory)
