- You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards (HACCP) Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience and first management experience: in (system) gastronomy / production
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): cook / cook
- You work in a structured, efficient manner and keep an overview even at high volumes
- You convince with team spirit, commitment and a hands-on mentality German (flowing) French (advantageous) Cosa of Friamo
- Central place of work: Well accessible by public and private transport.
