Your tasks Professional nursing/educational treatment and support of patients aged 13-18 Planning and supporting the inpatient stay in the entry, clarification, treatment and discharge phase, including initiation of follow-up treatment within the framework of the ward's internal reference person system Function-related crisis interventions in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations (24-hour operation) Close cooperation with relatives Leading small groups of up to 6 patients (interaction) Documentation and performance recording within the context of nursing/pedagogy

- supporting young people in acute crisis situations Interest in development and change processes and motivation to actively shape them High level of independence and decision-making skills Willingness for self-reflection and personal development Resilience and a strong understanding of service Team player with a positive attitude Start of position: The position is to be filled on August 1, 2026 or by agreement.
