Tasks
- Professional and disciplinary management and further development of employees
- Responsibility for planning and managing day-to-day business, the distribution of tasks and a smooth process
- Coordination of customer orders as well as implementation of additional technical services and individual customer solutions
- Assessment of customer requirements and development of suitable solutions together with internal and external partners
- Responsibility for offers, calculations, service descriptions and other documents
- Ongoing optimization of processes, workflows and cooperation with other areas
- Responsibility for projects and active further development of our Value Added Services
Requirements
- At least specialist card or comparable vocational training / higher education
- Leadership experience and pleasure in leading and developing a team professionally and disciplinary
- Experience in planning and managing day-to-day business as well as in the distribution of tasks and prioritization
- Know-how in the coordination of customer orders, the implementation of additional technical services and individual customer solutions
- Enjoy checking customer requirements and developing suitable solutions together with internal and external partners
- Knowledge in the preparation of offers, calculations, service descriptions and other documents
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented working method as well as enjoyment of the further development of processes and workflows
- Readiness for early and late assignments, as working hours are oriented towards customer needs and logistics processes, as well as an impeccable reputation
