The Lead (Field) Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations.

- Post responsibilities
- Carry out the installation, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of Sulzer pumps, agitators and rotary equipment in customers.
- Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role, ideally in the field of pumps, rotary equipment or heavy industry.
Main responsibilities
- Post responsibilities
- Carry out the installation, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of Sulzer pumps, agitators and rotary equipment in customers.
- Perform accurate technical diagnostics and identify the causes of breakdowns or malfunctions.
- Write detailed intervention reports, including actions, replaced parts and recommendations for the client.
- Provide technical support to customers, advise them on the use and maintenance of their equipment.
- Participate in customer training on basic product use and maintenance.
- Respect scrupulously existing safety procedures and quality standards.
- Manage spare parts stocks required for interventions.
- Work closely with commercial and engineering teams to improve customer satisfaction. Participation in fixed interventions
Key requirements
- Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role, ideally in the field of pumps, rotary equipment or heavy industry.
- Technical degree (BTS, DUT) in industrial, mechanical, electromechanical or equivalent maintenance.
- Strong skills in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity and industrial automation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and electrical diagrams.
- Mastery of diagnostic and measurement tools.
- Valid driver's licence (routine travel).
- Good relational skills, customer service and autonomy.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Master's degree in French (written and oral).
- Technical English would be a plus.
- Up-to-date electrical empowerment (B1V, BR, H0V) would be an advantage.
