Application process
- Service Family Owner (Application & Business Support) 80 100% (m/f/d)
- With this role, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the service families Application Services and Business Support Services teams.
- You ensure standards-based operation of all Business Application and Business Support Services.
- You guide the orderly development of new services and services releases.
- This also includes managing service portfolios with customer representatives, managing internal initiatives and managing external providers.
- As part of the ICT & Digital Leadership Team, you will create the basis for digitally supported business processes and satisfied stakeholders. Their tasks
- Management of Service Families Application Service (ApS) and Business Support Services (BSS)
- Professional leadership and further development of the Service Family Teams

- person for all changes to the service portfolio
- Leadership of two cross-functional performance teams (ApS and BSS)
- Lateral Leadership of Customer Representatives at Service Family Level
- Establishment of a collaborative service culture ("One Team")
- Coordination between service families to avoid silos
- Escalation authority for operational conflicts
Company and context
- Contribution to the further development of the ICT & Digital Service Organization
- Several years of experience in IT Service Management or Enterprise Service Management
- Experience with multi-provider environments and service integration
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL, SIAM or comparable frameworks
- Experience with portfolio management, SLA management and performance reporting
- Experience in the transformation or further development of service organizations is beneficial
- Experience in leading teams and cross-functional organizations as well as lateral leadership
- Ability to align different stakeholders with common standards and goals
- Strong conflict resolution capacity and assertiveness
- Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation power – i.e. partially executing work yourself
