- We are the Interdisciplinary Emergency Center at the Zollikerberg Hospital, which treats and cares for more than 15,000 patients every year.
- The emergency center has 10 treatment bunks including shock room and plaster room, as well as a fast track with two treatment areas.
- Our emergency center is assigned to the Clinic for Internal Medicine, a central and important service center of the Zollikerberg Hospital.
- Every year, the clinic serves more than 3,300 inpatients and more than 450 patients in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit.
- The Interdisciplinary Emergency Center is an interface for all disciplines represented at the Zollikerberg Hospital, including the Clinic of Internal Medicine with Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Pneumology, Endocrinology/Diabetology, Oncology, Infectiology, Intensive Care Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Acute Geriatry and Palliative Medicine, as well as General Surgery, Orthopaedics with Specialised Spinal Surgery, Radiology, Gynecology and Obstetrics with Neonatology.
