- As part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, you ensure the integrative, multimodal long-term therapy of patients in the ZFPS
- They lead the psychiatric-pharmacological and medical treatment of patients by a team of dedicated assistant doctors
Main responsibilities
- As part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, you ensure the integrative, multimodal long-term therapy of patients in the ZFPS
- They lead the psychiatric-pharmacological and medical treatment of patients by a team of dedicated assistant doctors
- They supervise the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic training of the assistant doctors on their stations
- For some of the patients, you initiate therapy under highly secure conditions.
- They carry out inpatient investigations on differential diagnostic questions and on the question of the treatability of mentally ill offenders
- In the context of inpatient acute treatment of prison inmates, you work closely with the Psychiatric Psychological Service (PPD) of the JVA Lenzburg and the Health Service of the Aargau Prisons
- If interested, it is possible to teach at the University of Applied Sciences Northwest Switzerland (FHNW) and to prepare criminal reports.
- If you are interested, it is possible to acquire the focus title "Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH Requirements
- You have specialist recognition in psychiatry and psychotherapy or are advanced in specialist training
