- Development of individual use and expansion concepts for business premises as well as advertising and marketing concepts
- Planning, preparation and commissioning of marketing measures and organisation and implementation of marketing events
- Controlling/Reporting of implemented measures and checking of relevance and periodic rental reports / regular activity reporting to the clients:
- Personal handover of dismissals to tenants: incl. pre- and follow-up care
- Assistance in the further development of the business area of first letting
- Maintaining customer relationships and establishing new contacts to acquire new mandates
