Role overview
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Manager – Global QMS Transformation to play a key role in delivering a global quality transformation program, including the implementation of a Veeva Vault-based enterprise quality platform.
In this role, you will act as the day-to-day execution lead and trusted partner to the Director, Global QMS Transformation, owning the execution of the implementation and ensuring it delivers measurable business value. Your tasks Drive Global Transformation
Manage day-to-day execution of a global QMS implementation program
- We are seeking a highly capable Senior Manager – Global QMS Transformation to play a key role in delivering a global quality transformation program, including the implementation of a Veeva Vault-based enterprise quality platform.
- In this role, you will act as the day-to-day execution lead and trusted partner to the Director, Global QMS Transformation, owning the execution of the implementation and ensuring it delivers measurable business value. Your tasks Drive Global Transformation
- 8–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
- Proven experience supporting or leading system implementations and/or transformation programs, ideally in a global environment
Key requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
- Proven experience supporting or leading system implementations and/or transformation programs, ideally in a global environment
- Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GMP frameworks
- Experience working across cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience implementing Veeva Vault (or other digital quality systems)
- Strong execution focus with a demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a
