- You analyze and optimize processes, write specialist concepts and are responsible for requirements engineering.
- You advise our customers, especially at the interface between technology/IT and specialists.
- You will conduct workshops, interviews and training sessions.
- You are the direct contact person for our customers: inside, design and implement innovative solutions and work closely with the stakeholders on the customer side and your Eraneos team.

- You are a team player, think analytically and work in a structured way, and you have good communication and presentation skills.
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience in business analysis or consulting, ideally in the public administration environment.
