Every day, around 3,000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make a significant contribution to the security of Switzerland. They ensure that the Swiss Army and other operational and security organisations can perform their tasks comprehensively at any time.
You can move that
- Development, maintenance and further development of analyses and reports in Qlik Sense
- Operation, optimization and expansion of the on-premise analytics tool stack used
- Establishment and provision of new analytics services (e.g. planning and scenario service)
- Introducing and establishing best practices around business intelligence as well as – ideally – advanced analytics (keywords: machine learning, artificial intelligence)
- Advising and supporting business departments on analytics issues
- Promoting data literacy in the company
You bring that with you
- Studies in (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Proven, several years of experience in the development of analyses and reports with Qlik Sense, ideally in an on-premise environment
- Ideally, already experience in not only testing advanced analytics approaches, but also making them sustainable productive
- Understanding ETL processes, data modeling and relational database technologies
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures and logic
- Ability to communicate analytical issues in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Structured, quality- and solution-oriented working methods as well as a high degree of reliability and independence
- Secure communication in German in word and writing, good English skills are a plus
