- Supervision of organizations in the SPF and DAF area in the canton of Zurich, including the processing of supervisory-relevant events
- Examination of submitted documents as part of the reporting obligation of SPF and DAF providers
- Responsible for concluding performance agreements with service providers in the area of SEN/DAF and for reviewing annual reporting
- Advising service providers on technical, organizational and legal questions regarding quality assurance.
- Participation in the development of normative specifications, processes and qualitative principles in the area of SPF/DAF
- Close cooperation on financial aspects with the controlling team and with the service providers in your profile
- A bachelor's degree (university/university of applied sciences) in social work, educational sciences or related disciplines with an interest and understanding of business issues and without fear of numbers
- several years of professional experience in the field of child protection, social-educational family support or family care
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable, precise and target group-appropriate manner.
- Confident demeanor and the ability to act clearly and constructively even in demanding conversation situations

- In the Pedagogy & Quality team, we are looking for a professionally experienced person from the fields of social work, social pedagogy or educational sciences, with immediate effect or by appointment until December 31, 2030, preferably with experience in social-educational family support (SPF) or with a service provider in family care (DAF).
