- Self-responsible management of new and conversion projects in the sanitary sector for commercial, industrial and housing construction
- Ensuring high-quality, timely and cost-efficient execution of client orders
- Acquisition of new projects and maintenance of contacts with customers, architects and suppliers
- Complete personnel coordination within the supervised projects
- Organisation and coordination of internal and external processes in the projects
Requirements
- Completed basic training as a building technology planner: in sanitary EFZ
- Proven experience in project management in the sanitary sector
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Safe and sovereign handling of the German language
- Independent, committed personality with strong team skills
