- Professional and personnel management of the service team in the field of sanitation
- Support of complex customer objects and active expansion of the customer portfolio through new service contracts
- Ensure creation of resource and route planning as well as organization of the pikett service
- Ensure calculation of service offers, material procurement and budget monitoring
- Ensure quality standards and occupational safety during maintenance, repairs and commissioning
Requirements
- Completed EFZ basic training with several years of professional experience in the field of sanitary services
- Proven leadership experience in technical customer service
- Strong quality awareness, negotiating skills and customer-oriented action
- Reliable and responsible personality with a well-groomed appearance
- Fluent knowledge of German in word and writing as well as driving licence Cat. B is mandatory
