Role overview
- You ensure the stable operation of our sales applications (1st & 2nd level support) and implement business requirements on the system side.
- You record, coordinate and prioritize application changes and bring them to the appropriate committees.
- You create system documentation and test cases and plan and conduct training courses for key and end users.
- Together with the team, you are responsible for other specialist applications (e.g.
PIM/DAM, CRM Salesforce, master data publication) as well as the SAPOTC processes.
- You plan, manage and monitor projects or sub-projects and ensure the quality of the results.
- Together with your team, you ensure excellent internal customer service.
- You have a passion for IT systems and process management and have commercial training with further training (e.g.
business administration, vocational baccalaureate) or a degree in business informatics (FH/Uni).
- You use methods and techniques from project and process management in a situational and practical manner.

Key requirements
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für ITSysteme und Prozessmanagement und verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z.B. Betriebswirtschaft, Berufsmatura) oder ein Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik (FH/Uni).
- Methoden und Techniken aus Projekt und Prozessmanagement setzt du situativ und praxisnah ein.
- Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im SalesUmfeld sammeln, z.B. als Key User oder in der Betreuung von Fachapplikationen.
- Kenntnisse in ERPSystemen sowie Erfahrung mit SAP SD sind von Vorteil.
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und hast idealerweise erste Projekterfahrung.
