Your new challenges
- Sale of products and digital solutions on the phone (incl. up-selling)
- Responsibility for the implementation of projects within the framework of the corporate strategy
- Deputy Teamlead Outbound and operational team support
- Support for the introduction of new processes, tools or campaigns in the outbound
- Ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines in the sales process
- Participation in continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives
- The receipt and processing of fault and alarm messages, as well as general customer requests in shift operation
Your ideal conditions
- Professional experience in sales or customer service with a strong sales affinity
- First management or deputy experience in sales or customer service is beneficial
- Secure handling of common EDP applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Occasional shift work to support our inbound team
- Negotiable knowledge in German and Italian, French advantageous
- Strong communication skills, initiative and implementation strength
