Application process
- The Applications & Business Support (ABS) team is responsible for the operation and further development of platform solutions and specialist applications.
- Together with the team Process Digitization & Innovation (PI), the departments, the Office of Computer Science (AFI), the State Chancellery and other partners, we are developing these platform solutions in a demand-oriented and future-oriented way.
- In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, innovative and service-oriented personality as a specialist responsible for digital channels and platforms (80%). Their tasks
- You take on the professional responsibility for the digital platforms and channels assigned to you over their entire life cycle and ensure their needs-based, user-oriented and sustainable development.
- They are responsible for the introduction and further development of platform and standard solutions (e.g. based on SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, Jira/Confluence and other cantonal platforms), advise and support the specialist areas in their optimal use and identify potential for digitization, automation and the use of artificial intelligence.
- You will promote the sustainable anchoring of solutions within the Health Directorate and contribute your experience to the further development of cantonal standards and methods.
- They analyse, bundle and prioritize the professional requirements of the offices, represent them vis-à-vis the Office of Informatics, the State Chancellery and other internal and external service providers, develop viable solution and implementation concepts and accompany their implementation until the successful introduction and transfer into operation.
- They control and coordinate internal and external implementation partners and ensure compliance with quality standards as well as the requirements for data protection, information security and governance.
