Area of activity
- Management tasks: leading the team in the bike/sport department and ensuring a smooth process
- Promotion: Active support, motivation and further development of employees
- Planning: Ensuring efficient scheduling, deployment and resource planning
- Reassembly: Careful assembly of new bikes and ensuring their perfect functionality
- Service: Careful implementation and control of service work and repairs on customer bicycles In case of ambiguity consultation with the customer directly
- Training: Annual training of novelties in all our outlets
- Adjust ski bindings: Precise assembly, adjustment and adjustment of ski bindings according to applicable safety standards
