Tasks: • Professional and personnel management of a team of about 8 employees • Co-responsibility for cleaning and internal disposal transports • Assuming evening responsibility within the housekeeping an mind. four days/week from 13.20/16.00 to 22.30 • Professional contact person during evening operations • Readiness for special missions and weekend missions • Active cooperation at the front as well as taking over holiday representatives within the team Together with the head of housekeeping responsible for: • Implementation of quality controls and training • Introduction and training of new employees • Coordination of event and internal transport logistics and disposal • Cooperation in projects and further developments Requirements • You have completed training in housekeeping or in building cleaning and several years of management experience in cleaning. • The special requirements of hospital cleaning and the applicable quality and hygiene standards are very familiar to you. • You take your leadership role actively, responsibly and with joy. • When dealing with the PC and the common Microsoft 365 applications, you are safe and well-versed. • You have very good knowledge of German in words and writing. • Thanks to your independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working, you set priorities correctly and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. • You are flexible in terms of time and willing to work regularly on evening work as well as on weekends if necessary.
