For a stable, internationally active, long-established company, we are looking for a managerially experienced and high-performance personality: in finance and accounting at the location in Reiden (LU). In this absolute key role, you assume overall responsibility for finance, lead your own team and act as a strategic driver at the direct interface with the management. Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for you!
This is your responsibility
- Head of department: Professional and personnel management, coaching and targeted further development of employees in the Finance and Accounting department.
- Finance & Financial Statements: Ensuring correct main and secondary accounting as well as overall responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.
- Treasury & Compliance: Management of payments, proactive monitoring of liquidity and debtor management as well as the implementation of strategic requirements of the management.
- Interface function: Central contact for auditing, tax consulting, banks and higher-level group offices in close cooperation with internal controlling.
- Process optimization: Continuous development and optimization of existing financial processes and internal control systems (ICS).
This is what you bring with you
- Education: Completed higher specialist training in finance and accounting (Federal Diploma, HF or FH).
- Experience: Several years of in-depth professional experience in the financial sector, necessarily combined with demonstrable personnel management responsibility.
- Expertise: Very good, absolutely solid knowledge of Swiss accounting according to OR (IFRS knowledge is a welcome advantage).
- Languages: Very good and stylish knowledge of German in word and writing
- Knowledge of English and French is an advantage.
- Personality: A high degree of responsibility and integrity, a structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as clear communication and assertiveness.
