Tasks: • As CO-Head of Eye Clinic, you take over the strategic and operational management of the care service incl. OP, recovery room and day clinic with partial responsibility for the entire eye clinic. • They are responsible for the direct and indirect management of the care area and share responsibility for the entire eye clinic (about 250 employees). • You optimize processes and resources, drive digitization and carry budget responsibility for your management area and keep an eye on the eye clinic’s overall budget. • From leadership indicators, you derive suitable measures to develop the eye link and position it successfully in the long term. Requirements • They have completed training in nursing and have already completed further training in business administration, leadership or company management. • They have several years of management experience and are used to implementing strategic and operational measures • You are an innovative and empathetic leader, think strategically and implement projects in an interprofessional environment. • Through your strong communication and team skills, you successfully shape the change process and contribute positively to the company culture.
