The more than 8,500 employees are there with warmth, competence and commitment around the clock for the well-being of patients. The clinics and institutes of the LUKS Group offer medical services of the highest quality.

For our team we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by agreement. Tasks: • They are the central point of contact for strategic partnerships and control the cooperation portfolio of the LUKS Group. You create transparency about priorities, responsibilities and risks and ensure consistent monitoring of ongoing cooperation • Together with internal specialist departments and external partner organisations, you will identify new cooperation potentials, develop sustainable cooperation models and develop business cases, potential analyses and sound decision-making bases for the management. • They develop and accompany cooperation projects independently in close coordination with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) until decision-making maturity and ensure the binding implementation and follow-up of the agreed measures after decisions have been made. • They support LUKS Group applications within the framework of extra-cantonal hospital planning and ensure structured coordination with the participating internal specialist departments. Requirements • They have a university degree, ideally with a business focus or a corresponding further education, and have several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector as well as a good understanding of medical, business and regulatory contexts • They think and act entrepreneurially, have practical experience in project management as well as in the conception of cooperation models and business plans and drive complex projects forward in a structured and targeted manner. • High resilience and flexibility, networked thinking, strong personal responsibility, teamwork and implementation strength distinguish you • With your communication, moderation and negotiation skills, you convince at different hierarchical levels, build trusting relationships and also develop viable solutions for different interests. We offer: • They help shape the strategic development of the cooperation network of the LUKS Group and make a concrete contribution to health care in Central Switzerland and beyond. • In this responsible role, you can expect a great deal of technical room for manoeuvre, in which you can contribute your own ideas, develop partnerships and shape the future orientation of partner management. • You will become part of a dedicated team in corporate development, in which a lively professional exchange, mutual support and positive cooperation shape everyday work • Through close cooperation with medical and business managers as well as the management, you will expand your network within and outside the LUKS Group and gain a wide range of insights into strategic issues.
