Tasks: • Responsibility for the implementation and operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), the implementation of the ISDS process and the monitoring of IT security requirements is in your hands • With a trained view of cyber threats, you identify and assess vulnerabilities and risks, prioritize protection measures and check their effectiveness through targeted controls and meaningful reporting. • They help to concretize the requirements of IT security governance and to develop economically and technically viable solutions. You check compliance with the requirements, demand them and escalate relevant deviations and new risks to the management of IT security • They support the further development of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and its services in the areas of Use Case Engineering and Vulnerability Management. You also ensure the operation of the services for security awareness and IT emergency preparedness Requirements • A university degree in computer science with a focus on IT security or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis, supplemented by in-depth experience in enterprise security architecture and ISMS as well as very good knowledge in security governance, processes and technologies • You analyse complex safety issues in a structured manner, assess risks in a forward-looking manner and define well-thought-out, practical solutions with high standards of quality and accuracy. • With clear communication, integration capability and persuasiveness, you will also find viable solutions for different interests and consistently represent security requirements. • Self-responsible and careful action distinguishes you, keeping an overview even in demanding situations, setting priorities and consistently promoting security-relevant measures We offer: • We offer you the opportunity to participate in a large field of activity with a high level of self-responsibility • You play an important role in implementing the Enterprise Security Architecture and have the opportunity to actively shape the IT security of the Lucerne Canton Hospital • Close cooperation with the IT departments and interdisciplinary project teams opens up a versatile area of responsibility with challenging questions • From the strategic security architecture to the ISMS to SOC, awareness and IT emergency preparedness, you can contribute your expertise in a wide range of areas.
