Do you love e-commerce, think digitally and want to actively shape? As Team Lead E-Commerce Operations, you and your team are responsible for day-to-day operations on ottos.ch and drive its further development. You optimize processes, systems and interfaces, set clear priorities and ensure a compelling customer experience. You work closely with purchasing, marketing, IT, logistics, sales and customer service and take our e-commerce a step further every day.

- Team Leadership & Development: Professional Leadership of the E-Commerce Operations Team
- Operational e-commerce operations: ensuring the smooth operation of ottos.ch
- Customer Journey Optimization: Optimization of processes along the e-commerce customer journey
- Automation & AI: Promoting automation, AI and efficient digital processes
- Omnichannel further development: further development of e-commerce and omnichannel processes
- Analysis & Performance: Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of concrete optimizations
- Project & Interface Management: Coordination of requirements and projects with IT, logistics, purchasing, marketing, sales and customer service
- Innovation & Implementation: Introducing new ideas and consistent, pragmatic implementation of improvements

- Education and training: Higher education (HF/FH/Uni) or additional training of advantage
- Leadership & Requirements Management: Experience in Leadership and Requirements Engineering
- E-commerce experience: Several years of in-depth professional experience in e-commerce
- Process & System Understanding: Strong Process and System Understanding
- Digital & Technical Affinity: High online affinity and sound IT and system landscape knowledge
- Project Management & Agility: Experience in Agile Software Development and Project Management
- Analytics & Conception: Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- SEO, SEA & Analytics: In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEA (Google), Tools & Analytics
