- Responsible for the correct maintenance of organizational, personnel master and contract data for an assigned personnel area (payroll and posting runs are carried out by central HR fenaco)
- Recording and processing of all wage-relevant mutations from entry to exit including monthly plausibility check and quality assurance work (ICS)
- Clarification and processing of payroll and accounting issues (account assignment, use of wage types, etc.)
- Analyze and fix errors or ambiguities
- Handling of tasks in the area of social insurance in connection with AHV, family allowances, EO, health and accident insurance
- Clarification and processing of questions regarding time management (absences, balances) and finances (posting of wage types)
- Creation of reports and statistics
- Ensuring the implementation of adjustments and further developments in the area of responsibility
- Contact person for HR Business Partners, HR Service Partners, line managers, employees as well as finance and time management managers in all payroll issues

- Basic commercial training with completed further training in the field of payroll, social insurance or HR Professional experience in a comparable function
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll features
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with figures and questions relating to social security
