For our Acquisition & Calculation department we are looking for you as our new Head of Calculation Central Switzerland (m/f/d) 80-100%. Your future place of employment will be in Gisikon.
You move that
- With us, you do not simply calculate projects, you help shape the infrastructure Implenia builds in Central Switzerland
- Responsibility for the entire calculation and bidding process of demanding civil engineering and infrastructure projects, from tender analysis to tender submission
- Development of economic execution variants, project optimizations and offer strategies with a clear view of opportunities, risks and market requirements
- Creation of reliable calculations and decision-making basis for acquisition, divisional management, project teams and procurement negotiations
- Leadership, promotion and further development of the calculation team with clarity, trust and entrepreneurial ambition
- Close cooperation with execution, technology, purchasing, work preparation, BIM/Lean and other specialist areas within Implenia
- Competent representation of the calculation towards building owners, planners, partners and internal decision-making bodies
- Further development of calculation processes, digital, transparent, more efficient and closer to later execution
This is why you succeed
- Several years of experience in calculation, supply processing or project management in civil engineering, engineering or infrastructure construction
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, construction methods, resources, subcontracting services and technical and commercial project risks
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to translate technical solutions into economically viable, marketable offerings
- Good knowledge of the Swiss construction and contract landscape, ideally with SIA standards, NPK structures, contract law and public and private tenders
- Structured, analytical and forward-looking approach, including in complex tenders, tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
- Clear communication, convincing appearance and negotiating skills towards clients, planners, partners and internal specialist departments
- Leadership with commitment, fairness and the aspiration to promote quality, personal responsibility and cooperation in the team
- Secure use of MS Office and openness to modern calculation, BIM and digital planning tools
