Role overview

Introduction In close collaboration with the Archivist, the Archives Assistant and the Data Governance Officer, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining records management best practices across CERN, ensuring that information is managed effectively throughout its lifecycle. Functions

Coordinate and oversee records management practices across CERN, including the DRO (Departmental Records Officers) network.

Provide operational support for records management activities (data/metadata processing, quality control, digital migration).

  • Proven qualification or formal training in records management, obtained either as part of the above degree programme or as a separate, recognised qualification.
