- How you'll make an impact Deliver R&D activities for high-voltage product development Support the development of innovative eco-gas solutions Lead technical investigations and root cause analyses Drive product improvement and reliability initiatives Plan, support, and evaluate testing and validation activities Collaborate with global laboratories and external suppliers Provide technical support for existing products and applications Share knowledge and contribute to technical excellence across teams Your background Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum five years of industry experience in engineering or R&D S trong technical expertise in electrical engineerin Experience working in an industrial product development environment Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders Strong communication skills and fluent English More about us You will work closely with engineering teams, research organizations, laboratories, and suppliers across multiple countries.
