- Cooperation in the establishment, maintenance and further development of the ZH3D quality management system, including processes, templates and documentation structures

Main responsibilities
- Cooperation in the establishment, maintenance and further development of the ZH3D quality management system, including processes, templates and documentation structures
- Conception, adaptation and operational roll-out of quality management structures in research groups, clinical departments, technology platforms and development projects
- Consulting and supporting project teams for quality assurance, documentation, traceability, data integrity and regulatory expectations
- Participation in risk analyses, gap assessments, process assessments and continuous improvement measures
- Support for qualification, validation and approval processes as well as for handling deviations, CAPAs and change controls
- Cooperation in the preparation, monitoring and follow-up of audits, inspections and internal reviews
- Support for the development and implementation of GxP-relevant training
- Contributing to the establishment of a pragmatic, effective and science-oriented quality culture in the academic development environment Requirements
- Completed technical, scientific or comparable studies (HF/FH, Bachelor or Master) or a comparable technical education with further education in quality management
- At least three years of experience in quality management, quality engineering or quality assurance in the life science, pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech or clinical research environment
