As a service owner, you take care of your services, control their further development and provide sustainable benefits with entrepreneurial thinking.
You do that.
- You take responsibility for the operation and further development of IT services or build new services
- You plan and control the service costs, including budgeting, forecasting, recalculation (service-to-service) and controlling
- You take care of license management (orders, renewals, compliance), are the link to our partners and ensure cost transparency
- You create and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external customers and ensure their compliance
- You work closely with internal departments, external partners and the IT organization and bring requirements, developments and changes together in a structured way.
- Together with Product Manager, you maintain a strategy and a roadmap for the further development of your IT service
You bring that to me.
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration (FH/HF/FA) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in IT service management, application management or in a comparable role
- Interest and/or experience in financial management (budget responsibility, cost management, accounting models)
- Experience in creating and managing SLAs is a plus
- ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to acquire it
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented working method as well as a high level of initiative
- Ownership is not just a term for you, but an attitude that you live daily
- Strong communication skills in German (verbal and written) and enjoyment of exchange with different stakeholders
