For our customers, we take over the technical and business management of complex areas – from business properties to office buildings and shopping centers to mixed-use areas. Mixed-use properties with over 400 residential properties now complement our portfolio in Basel and Pratteln. Therefore, we are looking for a committed, open-hearted and reliable personality as property management / rental specialist (m/f/d) St. Jakob-Park, Basel, 50% This is what you do in your role as a rental specialist (m/f/d): • You control the digital re-letting process from the receipt of notice to the transfer of the property to the new tenants, communicate with tenants and interested parties, check applications and create lease contracts • You reduce vacancy through effective marketing measures – from error-free online advertisements to the coordination of photos and 360° tours • You independently carry out visits, transfers and acceptances of apartments. If necessary, also outside the usual working hours. You move this in your role as a clerk (m/f/d): • You support the management team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth processes • You coordinate cooperation with FM providers, craft businesses and agencies – including offers, contracting and work control • Final statements, custodial settlements and the processing of creditors, debtors and dunning procedures are also part of your area of responsibility. • You bring a basic commercial education; a further education in real estate management is advantageous or you are ready to complete it • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the real estate industry or in an administrative function with customer contact • You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in hectic situations and communicate safely in German; English is a plus • You are resilient, customer-oriented, capabl
