- Professional and commercial management of projects (from the offer phase to the handover to the

- Construction site management (procurement of materials and appointment and quality monitoring)
- Management of employees incl. Employee interviews and recruitment assistance
- Disposition of the assembly groups
- Customer support, negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects and construction professionals
- Compliance with regulations, standards, guidelines and regulations
- Controlling your own objects
- Implementing, controlling and regularly informing occupational safety/health protection goals.
- Introducing new employees and third-party companies into occupational safety/health protection
- Participation in representative events (e.g. erection celebrations, trade fairs, customer events, etc.) also outside regular working hours
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as heating or sanitary installer or building technology
- Planner with min. 5 years of professional experience
- Continuing education with a professional certificate (Federal Fa) or the willingness to obtain it in a timely manner
- Further education as a master or technician school is advantageous
