- You conduct strategic and operational projects focused on digitalization and new IT tools. - You are analysing business requirements and creating robust specifications based on lean agile principles. - You act as a central interface between internal stakeholders and external service providers and ensure that cooperation is effective and efficient. - You optimize processes and processes based on business requirements and support quality assurance and ISO certifications through methodological expertise. - You model and document processes according to BPMN 2.0 and develop roadmaps for the future.
- You have a completed training in the commercial or industrial sector and are ideally supplemented with a further education in the field of process or project management. - You bring a strong IT affinity and work iteratively to achieve targeted results in agile teams. - You have a quick understanding and can efficiently analyze and understand complex relationships - You work in a solution-oriented and result-oriented manner, are quality-conscious and are proactively addressing optimization and improvement potentials. - You trade in the service of the customer, show stamina in achievement and remain persistent in difficulty - You are happy to work in the team and convince by strong communication and presentation skills.
