Tasks
What tasks await you as project manager heating (m/f/d), Gisikon, 80-100%?
- Preparation of building analyses relating to building technology
- Project planning, definition and execution planning of heating projects
- Project management and support during implementation
- Coordination of the planning team in the respective project phases
- Collaboration with builders, GU/TU, architects and specialist planners as well as managing project meetings
- Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases
- Maintenance of the customer network and active acquisition of new orders
Requirements
What requirements do you bring as project manager heating (m/f/d), Gisikon, 80-100%?
- Training as a building engineering planner, technician: in HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
- Experience in planning and realizing heating projects
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, as well as CAD (Nova), ideally experience with BIM
- Self-employed and structured working methods
- Enjoy working with different project participants
- Very good knowledge of German
