- Customer advice: Competent advice for customers by mail, by phone and directly on the construction site
- Offer preparation: Development of customized rental and assembly offers for our rental fleet as well as for customer equipment
- Equipment support: Technical support of rental and customer equipment
- Special projects & key accounts: support for key customers and independent implementation of demanding special projects
- Project planning and planning: Precise construction site planning using CAD
- End-to-end settlement: responsibility for orders from design to execution to invoicing
- Interface function: Support for the field service in complex projects and supply of information to the sale of repair offers
- Documentation & Organization: Continuous maintenance and expansion of technical documentation as well as efficient, independent organization of your everyday work
- Qualification: Technical background combined with a commercial mindset
- Experience: Several years of experience in the construction or construction machinery industry, ideally in the field of tower cranes
- IT skills: In-depth experience in dealing with AutoCAD as well as a perfect handling of the MS Office programs
- Working method: A structured, independent and purposeful working method
- Languages: Stylistic German (perfect in word and writing), knowledge of French is a big plus
