Tasks: • You lead complex and versatile projects of the LUKS Group from initialization to successful implementation and are responsible for their planning, control and achievement of goals • Develop together with clinics, departments and executives You have viable concepts and well-founded decision-making basis for the management and board of directors • They accompany challenging change processes, support the implementation of new solutions and ensure that strategic projects have an impact in everyday work. • Across areas and locations, you coordinate different stakeholders, create orientation and promote constructive cooperation Requirements • You have proven experience in managing complex projects and accompanying change processes, preferably supplemented by a university degree in business administration or a medical or nursing education with business administration training; Knowledge of Lean Management or Design Thinking • You analyze complex questions in a structured manner, develop convincing solutions, set clear priorities and implement projects in a targeted manner • They know how to bring together different interests, moderate challenging conversations and win participants for common goals through convincing communication. • Strong cooperation is important to you: you are actively involved in the team, seek professional exchange, support your colleagues and contribute to a positive cooperation with openness and mutual appreciation.
