Role overview
In the Co-Lead of the Global R&D Fresh Innovation Programme, we promote the international exchange of knowledge and experience between the R&D teams of our subsidiaries.
For this purpose, you will organize specialist meetings and best practice exchanges – virtually and on site.
As a professional contact, you will advise and support the R&D teams of our subsidiaries in the development of new products, the introduction of new technologies and the optimization of existing recipes and manufacturing processes in terms of quality, functionality, cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für diese Rolle essenziell. Französisch- oder Spanischkenntnisse unterstützen dich dabei, den internationalen Austausch noch wirkungsvoller zu gestalten.

- You have a university degree in food technology, process engineering or a comparable field of expertise as well as several years of experience in product development.
- Experience in project management and enjoyment of working with international teams and different cultures set you apart.

- Communication, team spirit and assertiveness help you successfully bring together different stakeholders.
- Very good knowledge of German and English is essential for this role.
