Overall responsibility for depot, workshop and infrastructure projects from the concept phase to the transfer to operation
Control and coordination of all project participants during the planning, tendering and implementation phase

Control and coordination of all project participants during the planning, tendering and implementation phase
Preparation and monitoring of tenders and evaluation and award of planning and construction services
Management and coordination of external planning offices, architects and specialists
Monitoring and control of general contractors as well as ensuring the contract-compliant execution on the construction site
Ensuring compliance with deadline, cost, quality and safety objectives
Responsibility for approval and authority processes taking into account the applicable legal requirements
Perform risk analysis, project controlling and reporting to management and customers
Support for the development of new service and maintenance sites as well as for further infrastructure and investment projects
Accompanying commissioning and handover to operational organisations

Knowledge of German construction and procurement law (e.g. HOAI, VOB) is an advantage
Negotiation-proof German and good English skills Readiness to travel within Europe
