As a Creative Media Producer, you develop and produce creative content for our internal and external digital channels, from the initial idea through to the finished content. Whether photo, video or social media, you showcase products, people and our brands effectively and contribute new ideas and formats.
Scope of responsibilities
- Content production: Conceptualization and production of photo, video and multimedia content
- Production planning: Planning and implementation of photo and video productions
- Photography: Photography in the areas of products, brands, people, stores and events
- Video production: Production from the idea through filming to editing and post-production
- Content development: Content for social media, online, advertising and internal communications
- Campaign implementation: Creative implementation of campaigns and content formats
- Post-production: Image editing, retouching, and video and audio optimization
- Production coordination: Organization and coordination of productions, locations and external partners
- Collaboration: Close collaboration with Digital Marketing, Advertising, E-Commerce and other internal departments

- Skills: Proficiency with camera, lighting, sound and post-production
- Tool proficiency: Good knowledge of common photo, video and creative tools

- Storytelling: A creative feel for visual language, storytelling and brand presentation
- Working style : Independent, structured and pragmatic approach
- Execution skills: A hands-on mentality and enjoyment of implementing ideas independently
